Contact form and Formspree
We use Formspree, a service of Formspree, Inc., USA, to transmit the contact form directly. The contact details and message you enter, together with technically necessary connection data, are sent to and processed by Formspree and forwarded to us as an email notification. Formspree processes data in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. Project enquiries
For publishing, consulting, event or business-establishment enquiries, we process necessary business contact and project information to clarify needs, prepare an offer and explore cooperation under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only with necessary hosting, IT and communication providers, professional advisers, competent bodies and project partners on an appropriate legal basis. Transfers to China may occur in our German-Chinese work and only under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, for example for contract performance, with explicit consent or suitable safeguards.
Retention
